     As a Realtor, you know the frustration of a listing that sits on the market because it needs some work that the seller doesn't have funds or know how to do. You keep having showings with lowball offers or buyers asking about repairs. We can help!

How it works: 

  • Simply connect us with your client and we will see if their house qualifies for our List-Ready Upgrade Program.

  • If it does, we work out an agreement directly with the seller allowing us to renovate and then sell the house for them. You release the seller from the current listing but we will give you the listing from us on the back end.

  • Now you can sell the same house at a higher price and without all the complaints about items needing repairs. Usually we can price them to sell within days of listing. 

  • During this process you have no responsibility or liability. We are dealing directly with the seller and we get a POA to allow us to list the house when renovations have been completed. We handle everything you just sit back and wait for the new listing to be ready. 

  • A lot of houses don't qualify but for the ones that do everyone wins. The seller gets more money in their pocket. You get a higher commission and stress free listing. We are well compensated for the work that we do.
